Your $100 deposit
Test mode. No real payment is taken.
Who you are paying
You pay Revivex, as named on Stripe’s secure checkout page and on your payment receipt. Payments are processed by Stripe. Contact: support@revivex.store.
What the deposit is
- A one-time payment of exactly $100 USD, charged when you complete checkout. Nothing else is added at checkout.
- It reserves a Revivex machine for you while it is in development. It is not a final order, does not set a shipping date and does not give a place in a queue.
- The full $100 is applied to the final machine price if you buy the machine.
- No automatic balance charge. We will not charge you anything more unless you place a separate final order yourself. Checkout does not save your card for future charges.
The machine is in development
Revivex is in development. The final price, final specifications and shipping date have not been announced. Images on this site show the design as it stands today and the final machine may change. Capabilities described on this site are design goals, not tested results.
Refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable.
To request a refund, email support@revivex.store, ideally from the email address you used at checkout, or tell us which email address you used. Include your payment reference from the reservation page if you have it. Refunds are made to your original payment method through Stripe. Once a refund is issued, how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your records
After checkout you return to a reservation page that checks your payment directly with Stripe and shows its status, the amount and a payment reference. Keep that reference for any refund request.
Paying a deposit does not sign you up for marketing email. We may email you about your deposit and refunds.
Changes to these terms
A deposit is governed by the terms version it was paid under. That version is recorded with your payment.
